    Hello Everyone

    I am excited to learn from all of you experts. I live with my wife and kids in Murfreesboro, TN. I have been smoking meat for about 3 weeks now. So, I am definitely a novice. I have a Traeger Texas Elite Pellet Grill and I think I am getting the hang of it.
