Hmm wonder if theirs a butcher twine out their that would act more like a stocking. Maybe a netting or something. Then just roll Fatty, Wrap it in the netting. and tie it off. Wouldn't ever have to worry about it falling apart?

I like the digital Probe Thermometer, but was wondering does anyone know of any that have more then one probe lead? Say one hand unit that has spots for 2-3-4 or more leads? That would be nice to have.
