    Falling apart? Hmm wonder if theirs a butcher twine out their that would act more like a stocking. Maybe a netting or something. Then just roll Fatty, Wrap it in the netting. and tie it off. Wouldn't ever have to worry about it falling apart? Just an idea that popped into my head. Mike

    Walkin those ones for the lid are perfect and reasonably priced. I like the digital Probe Thermometer, but was wondering does anyone know of any that have more then one probe lead? Say one hand unit that has spots for 2-3-4 or more leads? That would be nice to have. Mike
