    Just thought I would post a couple of pics of the pulled pork I did. My Char-Griller smoker Using Cowboy Lump charcoal with Apple and Hickory chunks. 225 to 250 until internal temp of 197. This is 40 lbs of the 100 lbs I did in two days. Need a bigger smoker. Turned out great
