    When I use my Masterbuilt Smoker i set it on 225 degrees. It takes quite a while to reach internal temp of 195 to 205 degrees for pulled pork but it will be well worth the wait.     I am a retired truck driver. I am from a little town in Pa. Called Liberty. I have used your recipes posted by other members. Enjoy the recipes very much. I use a Masterbuilt 40 inch electric smoker.
