    hello all and happy Easter. I'm Glenn from Attleboro Massachusetts  and I just bought a brinkman side by side gas grill& charcoal smoker. thought I'd try the smoker side with a few half chickens. any tips on controlling the heat would be welcome. get your smoke on!
