I am considering adding a side smoker box to my brinkmann dual function II gas grill/smoker but the cost is a little off putting.
does anyone have any experience with this?
smoking a pork sirloin roast and 2 split chickens today.
roast has been soaking in a sweet whiskey brine overnight.
getting ready to rub the chickens and start up the smoker.
also smoking 2 split chickens today; roast has been soaking in whiskey brine all night and I have a petty good rub for the chickens.
