    Thats so cool Ahron! Have a couple of questions. 1. What kind of milk sis you use? Raw, straight from the cow? Or was it a processed milk like whole milk and pastureized? 2. Do I see correctly? Did you heat the milk in a double boiler set-up?

    You could always just buy a " Regular" SS kit and doctor it up. I do this all the time. I add two Heaping Tbls of fresh cracked pepper and the same amount of granulated garlic to mine. This is for a 20lb batch.
