    I remember seeing Roenick play at the old Chicago Stadium.  We could get nose bleed seats back then for about $15 Not any more.   I did make it to a Blackhawks Penguins game this year.  Lots  of fun.

    Anybody else a fan??   I can hardly wait for things to get going.   As always, I'll be routing for my beloved Blackhawks. I have to admit though, that they sure don't look like a Stanley Cup team right now.   Need Kane back to have a chance.

    Dirtsailor is right on the money about building the fire basket.  It makes things a lot easier for sure.     From what I gather, Wednesday seems ok.  Thursday has "the potential for storms some possibly severe".  Exactly where and what time of day is anybody's guess at the moment.   Nobody is committing to much of anything yet.   I'm about an hour east of 39 and a half hour south of the IL/WI border.
