    I am definitely in the same school of thought as Pops. I would probably do a nice rub with olive oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, granulated or powdered garlic a touch of thyme. Smoke to about 160 - 165, not much higher than that and slice it... I would keep your smoker temp low at about 225-235...
