    225-240 in the oven. Personally, I use the rotisserie on my grill for pork loins. Pull it at 155 or so and wrap that sucker. Spray or baste with apple juice. I've not wrapped with bacon, but its on my 'to try' list. Edit: I don't see any reason to not bump the temps up either. 325 to 350...

    Just shows you can even train Marines to march :) Having been in marching band and the Navy band, I have a healthy respect for precision drills like that. And as was mentioned above, those rifles are heavy. Good find Lisa!!!

    All the people who know basketball is a game where football is a sport (as is hockey). Basketball, IMO is a waste of TV timeslots that could much better be used showing more hockey, as is baseball.

    tech fired their d coordinator midway through the season. The d has been stepping it up as of late. Next year could be a big year for them. The O for Tech is very dangerous, but the D has always been suspect under Leach. I am a huge Tech fan and love it when they beat any of the old SWC teams :)

    Best type of cutting/chopping block

    Almost all the shows I watch, the folks are using John Boos wooden blocks. I have a couple and I also have a plastic block. I use the wood blocks a lot more as they seem to be easier on the knifes, but if I'm lazy I use the plastic (much, much lighter).

    Battery life..

    on my original et-73, I don't think I've ever changed the batteries in either the base or the receiver. That's got to be well over 100 hours. I probably should change them :)

    I too have sold a gun, but it was only to get a better one :) Isn't the smoke vault kinda marketed as a gun vault looking thing? I too have also looked at my gun safe's and thought they'd make a decent smoker except cutting the vents would be hard on so many levels.

    I have marinated in Lawery's Steak and Chop. Did my first tri-tip that way and it was the hit of the party (next to the ABT's). Smoked it just like a brisket and it was awesome!! KE
