    They make a second tier rack so you can double your rack surface area. Also, when I do more than 3 racks of ribs I use a rib rack. I cant say enough good things about my Eggs.

    I use my Red Pot (Lodge) alot ... here are some quick pics of soups, stews, chix bake, and a sautee. The sauce will some times bake on to the pot sides just above the main contents .... see the beef stew photo ... this scrubs off easily. The kids know something good is coming when I break out...
