i used to do the mustard thing but lately have been skipping the mustard and getting a MUCH better bark
maybe its just me but i would skip the mustard

Yellow sauce
1 1/2 cups...
smoked.... fried in big easy, then tossed with tabasco chipotle
very crispy skin, great flavor......better than the wings ive had at the best wing joint in town
MAN these wings were great..nice crispy skin great smoke flavor
first smoked on the drum with pecan for hour and half
looking good with great grill marks
at an hour and a half into the big easy for 30 mins to crisp them up
out of the big easy..and tossed with tobasco chipotle

i just got a 300 gallon or larger fuel oil tank (round not oval) and i am looking for pics/ideas to make this thing into a cooker
