Smoked some portobello mushrooms: Two I filled with shrimp and cream cheese and the other two I had some canned smoked crab left over that needed to get used w/ cream cheese as well.
Chopped the shrimp up and added a few chopped bell peppers, capers some breadcrumbs and fresh parsley...
I've had good results with using a really good maple syrup (I ordered from Vermont) and also using the maple cure available from Butcher Packer - tons of maple flavor but it turned out way too sweet for my taste buds.

Okay...So I had some left over pheasant and a little elk and what better than to shove it into some ABT's?! Also, loaded a few with some shrimp as well.
