    I think you just answered my question. Didn't think of that. The PP with sauce in the store is refridgerated. When I can the pork without sauce I don't refridgerate the pork after canning and we use it all when we open it. So, based on that I supposed I couldn't can the pork with the sauce...

    I have a question. I have been canning Pork Shoulder for awhile now and have that down to a science.
