    What's Your Favorite Way to Cook a Burger?

    Black stone. 3oz balls of around 80/20. 375-400 griddle temp. let them warm then squish them flat. let crust then 1 flip. move to cooler side of griddle then cheese and dome cover.

    I've got a22 and a 17 BS. both fit on he same rolling stand. My patio is covered but it's still a challenge to keep it oiled and clean. I doubt a metal cover would help. it's a challenge to get a"real good" sear but i make it work. I'm a little shaded with Pitboss but that's another fight for...

    Hey 'all I have vortex question if possible. My kettle does not have the center insert on the cooking grate. Will using vortex mess up my stock hinged rate? which is the correct size to buy if I can't move my grate center? Thank you. PFA
