It's a 6 qt . Said list was $139.00 . I have a 6 we use , and another 6 still in the box downstairs .
This must be like the one you have , because it has the SV function . Few other feature we don't have on the other ones . Probably lust gonna leave it boxed up and store it downstairs .
Yup . It's a good one , and popular . I also have AC Leggs 109 .
No. 10 is a basic pork breakfast sausage and the No. 109 is hot . Has red pepper flakes added .
Mix it up per directions , but if you like hot pork sausage add some pepper flakes to a batch .
I always weigh the bags when I get...
The one I use is my Daughters , so I bought a new one a fews years back to replace that if needed .
I can't pass on that price , Plus I'm working on my own version of the 12 days of Christmas .
1 Crock pot
2 SV'ds
3 Instant pots
and a beer in eaaaaach hand .
Baking powder changes the PH of the skin and helps it crisp up .
I have used it on poultry . Baking powder , not baking soda .
Baking soda can have off flavors .
I would toss it and start new myself . Not saying it isn't / wouldn't be safe , but that stuff gets everywhere . I try to keep it contained to one area , plus I would think it needs to get to a boil to take any risk out of the equation .
Right . It looks like good stuff , but I don't use it . The stuff I did buy was gift list stuff for each of the kids .
I'd love to sear a steak in that 12 " skillet , but I bought him a carbon steel pan a few years ago .
I used it to do a breaded and fried chicken breast . Right at the end of...
If you're not crazy , you're close . I'm not against Hex clad at all . They seem to work , but My Son still uses his cast iron more than the Hex clad . However , he's not cooking everyday either , and some things are better in the cast iron .
Just the way I approach stuff , buy one and see...
Nice . That might be my next smoker if the SmokeFire ever dies .
I get up around 5:30 . Made coffee , then took the dog out . That wind was tough .
Nothing like the smell of smoke on a cool day .
You'll like that .
I bought a 360 back when John was doing cooks with his , then bought a Ninja 6 + 1 .
Don't use the 360 much , if at all .
The Ninja got a work out , and does a great job .
The range I just bought has an air fry setting . Different cycle of the fans than the convection...
I get that for sure . Seemed mine sprung a leak everytime it got cold , and dragging out the hose in 20 degrees sucks . Had to start keeping the hose in the house so it wouldn't freeze .
Let us know how that treatment works . Chances are , you can't move it anyway at that age . The bottom of...
I don't do that with sausage . Dries out the casings and makes them tough in my opinion . I always cover natural casings .
Works with whole muscle meats .
I also store my casings wet . Pre tubed I take off the tube .
