    I cooked it to 162f, almost botched the whole thing, didn't notice that my thermometer was set to Celsius.     How long you have it in for, and how often did you spray down/baste? I'm in canada too, today +1 - +5 . Put a pork loin in this morning and doesn't look nearly as tasty as your. Using a big chief smoker, probably should have put it on last night, but I forgot. :(
