    Baby back and spare ribs

So I just got a used Lang 36 patio model reverse smoker. Picked it up last night and fired it up this morning to get the hang of it.  I wanted to do a brisket but I couldn't find a whole packer under 18 lbs. So, I decided to go with 2 racks of baby back and one slab of spare ribs. Enjoy the pics.
