    My second smoke overall and I chose to smoke a turkey fatty: Turkey bacon, ground turkey (93/7), elbow macaroni, smoked gruyere, and cheddar cheese.

    Trashcan Smoker

    The one I have is a coil but I have an electric smoker heat element on the way.  We'll see if it works. Thanks for the suggestion Eric.
