    Beans are done. Rice and corn bread working. The sad thing is, being the southern boy that I am raised in Southern Alabama I love this kind of food. Unfortunately my wife and kids do not. Oh well MORE for me. Lol. Be back soon with money shot

    Hey greener I have the same smoker. Had the same problems but decided to season without mods. Have done a few cooks now and hasn't been a problem. You can check some of my posts to see pics. Happy Smoking Alantis
