So this last Saturday a lady has a Brickman smoke n grill for 10 bucks. I figured what the heck. So I picked it up, found out the lady that has it was a veggie muncher (no offence to any vegetarian).
So here it is.
What do y'all recommend I use to clean it, and try to remove...
Hey y'all, I just picked up a used smoke n grill for ten bucks. I saved the poor thing from a Veggie-a-saurus-rex (vegetarian).
I'll post some picks tonight when I get home.
I may have found a 55 gallon dru. I do think it would be tough to clean out those oil tanks.
Plus I'd like to have more space for smoking.

Hey y'all, I work at an auto dealership and repair shop.
They have these old black oil changing barrels, about 35 gallon tanks. Y'all think they could work as a UDS?

Yeah I hear ya. Idk grilling in a tent just sounds bad. The funny thing is, I ain't even smoking yet, just simple grilling of steaks, ha-ha.
I think the first thing in gunna try to smoke is a fatty, those things look awesome.
Hey y'all, so I went the direction of the London Broil. I salted both sides and put them inside a zip lock over night (didn't have plastic wrap).
When I got home from church, I got the grill ready, built a two zone fire. Once the fire was ready I threw 4 patatoes covered in foil.
