Ivation 2 probe multi meat selection thermometer unit probe temp issues
Hello I recently purchased a Ivation 2 probe thermometer unit. As I am a Rookie to smoking ,the probe attached to the grill is reading 60 degrees hotter. Does the placement location of the grate probe effect the temperature this much? What am I doing wrong? Has anyone experienced this...- ricanpiper
