    I have the Kim chi cookbook on my phone from Amazon. That's the red pepper powder I like the best so far. Shin Sun mi coarse red pepper powder from Amazon. It gave it a flavor profile very close to the Kim chi I have had overseas and from a little local Korean restaurant.

    It gave it some extra Smokey sweet omg tasty bark, no basting though just score, oil, rub smoke. I do use water in the the water pan is all the extra humidity I added. The rub is my all purpose rub for me works well on everything.

    I like pork and smoked bbq pork is ridiculously tasty so it was a toss up between Porkgasm or Porknography, I like funny names.
