    Actually i didnt have any problems. I keep reading how people get more time out of charcoal on the UDS and i happened to find a drum. I want to give the drum a shot. I have less space to smoke on, but i think all in all it will be more efficient. I might need to get a second as a back up...

    The SnP went back to the store. Ill try to pull out my Brinkman Electric. Im in the chicken mood this week. Anyone have a really good brine for chicken. Can not include pineapple as my wife is allergic. Ill add my smoke to the thread hopefully tomorrow. kris

    light spray of pam before you set the meat on the grate works wonders. soemone above mentiond the Rachel Ray "EVOO" wiping too, this will work. I do it on all my grilling.
