    Thanks man! All of them much needed. Only thing I dislike about the Stainless wok was having to figure out the Surface Area of holes I needed to cover to keep the temp controllable. Def has no problem creeping up into the high BBQ/Grilling range, but after that was conquered, it was / is smooth...
