    I'm a little confised here too now?  You're not supose to put a meat probe in until it reaches a certain temperature, but how do you know when it reaches that temperature?  Is it not good at all to cook with a probe in, because I know I like to use my Mav. ET-73, so I can keep an eye on the...

    I'm planning on trying bell peppers. just cutting the four corners off and wrapping like you would a single pepper.  My family doesn't do J. peppers either, though I love them. lol

    LOL, I think he just puts that in there to keep the rain out when he's not using it, That is mostly a guess though.

    I know it's an intake (I think I know lol), but I am wondering what the purpose is having it come up like that rather than just short and straight out like the others? I am pretty sure rocket fuel would burn just a little too hot for smoking. lol :P

    cast iron grates

    I used to use a small wire brush cup on my cordless drill on the cast iron grill on the colemal grill I use to have.  The one I have now I just use hot water and a brillo pad when I clean it.

    Yea, when I cut that in half the potato came away from the bacon some, and made an almost prfect bacon bowl. lol  Bet I could come up with some interesting breakfast ideas using a bacon bowl.
