    Smokin' in Salt Lake City

    I have been smokin for a few years.  I got turned on to it by a good friend inviting my family to dinner.  I smoke a few times a month, in a Camp Chef propane smoker (Love it!!)  I cook everything from Salmon and Trout to Pork shoulder, ribs and chicken.  Always looking for new ideas for things...
