I just pulled it out and pulled it what a dream it pulled real nice. And seanson it and then put my mop in the bottom of the pan cover it back up and in the oven for 20 to 30mins.
Hey thanks. i did put it in the oven still wrapped in tin foil from yesterday. I will just wait for it to get up to temp and drink more beer til that happens.
So yesterday i smoked a pork shoulder to the it of 190. The reason i stopped it at 190 was because the roast is for today. So my question is can i just throw it back on the smoker and get it to 205 with it not drying out or is there another way to keep it moist and reaching my IT. Thanks for any...
So i am looking to do some ribs today.I would like to know whats everyone opinion on either laying the ribs on the grate or hanging the ribs. Just curious on what people think.
So i went to the store and got some baby back ribs. Lol i got home and there was no bones and it threw me for a loop. I was think there would of been a cut in the meat where the bone would of been removed. But no cuts in the meat. Maybe miss label. Not sure They did look like babe back. Anyone...
