We are o most to the point of firing up the rf smoker that me and my dad built. My question is how does everyone season their smoker build. I plan on sandblasting the tank and trailer. Then should i paint or season first. Any help would be great!!!!
yea brisket here in rural utah its 699 a pound. But i plan on getting one soon. Me and my dad are building a reverse flow trailer smoker with all the goodies on it to travel and do some competitions. So we will have to get good at smoking brisket to be able to continue doing it. lol
