Turkey day fatty!
Stuffed with pepper jack cheese, onion and greens (healthy) Smoking with pellets, sand filled 10 inch skillet and water pan at 240 degrees... Nice thin blue smoke.... Almost done! Got a little hot toward the end...white smoke. Came out great in the Masterbuilt XL. It's been awhile...- chickenhead
