    St Louis Ribs Jeff's Rub Easy As 3-2-1

    I follow basically the same recipe but I use mustard before the rub to help it stick better. I also use apple juice as my foiling juice. These look great!

    Glad it's working for you. I'm about 6500ft and Todd and I tried all kinds of stuff including different pellets, the amnps, the tube, different venting etc. We could never get it to work reliably.

    I use my amns with dust and smoke up to 36 hours. Not heat at all. I usually do cheese at the same time, but pull the cheese after about 3 hours

    Thanks everyone. We went to Kauai as well this time. I love the pepper bacon. It gets just enough pepper flavor into the meat and the pepper holds the smoke flavor too.     I did that one at 275 in my MES 40 yesterday with pit master's choice. Actual smoker temp was 275-285 and this 18 lb bird cooked in about 5 hours
