I was wondering about this feature as well. I noticed it on another thread but it does not appear on a recent thread i started with q view. Does the gallery only show up when more than one person has posted pics to the same thread? it's a nice feature especially when the thread is qview heavy.
Welcome. SMF has been a terrific resource for me. Lots of stuff to learn from really nice people. I have appreciated help in my sub-par efforts in a few cases and I really enjoy sharing my Q-view successes. I probably wouldn't have had them if it were not for the Forum.
Welcome! Good thing charcoal doesn't require electricity or gas. Down here in Oklahoma, the Mother Nature pounds on us from time to time. Looks like you guys are about to get hit again. Bummer.
I suggest you take off work a couple of days and smoke some meat!
Welcome back to the heartland. Reading this thread just reminds me of what a great online community this is. I appreciate how we can help each other out.
Welcome from Tulsa, OK. You will find a great deal of stuff here in the forum. I have learned so much this year. I have found inspiration to try new things and techniques. Looking forward to seeing your pictures.
Welcome to SMF! Folks here are awesome. Lots of advice, encouragement, and information. My first fattie came about as a result of being a member of the forum.
Welcome from Oklahoma! These guys and gals are awesome. Seemingly endless information and advice here. Hope the weather is not too bad this week. You guys have had it pretty rough up your way. Feel free to send some of that rain and snow down here!
Looks yummy!

Thought I would try out a different method for my brisket. Decided to try the SmokyOkie method of sear/smoke. I prepped a nice 10# USDA prime brisket. Used Plowboys Bovine rub and a handfull of fresh cracked black pepper.

I LOVE ABT's! We have used a ton of different peppers; some sweet and some freaking too hot to eat alone. (think of a pork shooter filled with a stuffed habenero). The only limitation is whatever your imagination can come up with. Mixtures of cheese and seasoning, meats, veggies, etc. Hatch...
Hope it tasted as good as it looks! I gave one about to come out of the heat in fifteen minutes. After my reply to your post, I had to pull out a 9# Prime packet for myself!
