Here's the finished product. Took the ham to my parents for lunch. Put 1 more coat of glaze and crushed ginger snaps and popped it in the oven for 20 min. to make a light crust with the ginger snaps. First time trying the ginger snaps and it was a success. The kids had fun hunting for easter...
Good luck on the first smoke. I have a chargriller also, Just watch the temp. The factory thermometer is not very accurate. Keep us posted on the progress.

Put the ham on the smoker a little after 8:00 tis morning. I'll start glazing it about 10:00. Going to my parents house for easter dinner and the easter egg hunt for the kids. Will post more qview later on.

I agree with bassman. My wife thinks its funny that I take qview pics too. But she doesn't have any problem getting to the table when the food comes off the smoker. Great lookng ribs Trent. I can see why there weren't any left.

Sounds like you found a better place to get your ribs, and probably better quality anyway. Thats a really good price for st.louis cut. Can't find them here I buy spares and cut them myself. You'll save time and money. I found a butcher shop that has great prices on there meat. I can get spares...
