You posted my recipe for everyone to see it?!?!?
The good thing with wings is you can fry them, bake them (usually what I do to try and keep the calories down some), grill them or smoke them. All are great!
What's the abbreviated teen phrase for "jumping around from leg to leg so excited that the dogs are looking at me like I'm possessed"?
I guess it would be jafltlsettdalamlip!
I'll have to keep my eyes open for that one.
Looks and sounds great. Nice weave too.
Just a thought - you might want to try and learn to post the pics directly on this site using photobucket or one of the others. There are a lot of folks that won't click on a link because they don't want to risk picking up a virus from an unknown site...
You got from me too! What a wierd and strange idea to try so I hope it comes out good so I can try it too.
What flavor are you using? Something with nuts in it maybe?
Thanks all!
I'm wondering now what it would taste like if I added a bit of red wine and served it over noodles....just put that on my list of things to try.
I bet if you cut back on the meat some so the seasonings don't get diluted too much, you could add the potatoes, carrots, etc and make a...
I've had a Cabela's CG-15 for a couple of years now and have packed so much meat and fish with it that I couldn't even say how much, and it works just like the day I got it except now it's time to replace the sealing strip, which they include free with it. With normal home use you might never...
Like they ^^^ all said.
I also nuke mine and it comes out good if you take your time for smaller amounts. Heat-stir-heat-stir and repeat every minute, or what I usually do is put the already thawed meat on the defrost cycle. Heats it up slowly and my microwave makes me check it every so...
There have been several that I really liked, but my favorite still is a blueberry fatty. For us, all those tastes combined just can't be beat...yet!
Here's some pics: http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/for...ight=blueberry
This is one of our all-time favorites from the oven and/or crock pot, and so this time I wanted to try it smoked. Not just the meat, but the whole dish.
As the MES is preheating to 275 degrees it's time to get the stew started.
First in goes the package of pre-cut stew meat into a disposable...
I personally wouldn't use it. And I wouldn't use a cooking oil either for my bar lube. My reasons are below.
Chains are cheap.
Cutting lots of wood with a dull chain is fun.
Continually tightening a stretched chain is fun.
Having the wrong oil gum up your bar-oiling holes makes your bar...
I checked a couple of other places and that's a dang good deal.
I looked and I have just a bit of 17mm and 21mm collagen already, so these 19's will fill my gap and stock me back up. Got 3 of them and one of the 33's to try. I've got some 32-35 hog casings already so I'll be able to compare...
Some do, some don't. Since butts are pretty cheap and this is your first, I'd suggest getting 2, or cutting a big one in half and trying it both ways.
Both will be good, but you'll like one better than the other more than likely.
