    Sealing up a smoker

I think ill use the 2000+ degree cement around the fire box and the Silicone around the rest of the grill where the temp wont be as high. I already have the cement so seems a shame to waste it lol

    Sirloin tip moisture

You can do the bacon, you can also Brine it, you can inject it, you can wrap it in foil with a liquid, all of these should help keep it moist.

    Sealing up a smoker

What do yall use to seal up your smoker to prevent as much smoke loss as possible? I picked up some fireplace cement because it was cheap and it is good up to 2000 degrees, how safe you think it is to seal up a smoker with it?

    Beef Bacon

Wow for the price of landmans grill/smoker i figured someone would know something about the quality. If the old saying you get what you pay for is true, then i should be set and not need anything new for 20 years.

Ahhh Electric huh? Thought about eletric myself but i have lots of fruit and hardwood trees in the yard i can trim up. Oak,walnut, mulberry, maple, etc so it was cheaper in the long run to go wood fired. anyone else wanna chime in on the landmans grill/smoker?
