    LMAO yes it is, but when you add water with a salt in it, that honey will thin out pretty quick. I guess i could just use Mead.

    Well I plan on taking like a cup or two of the cure liquid and mixing the honey in it to thin it our before injecting it, and i plan on buying a large  needle and syringe at the local farm store, i figure if i can inject myself with Penicillin, this should be no prob cause it will be thinner lol

    Could something like this be used for Dry curing things like Country Ham If you Put very fine Mesh over the intakes to keep bugs out, it has 5 intake ports that can be fitted with Fans to increase Air flow and is Spacious to allow many hams to be hung at once its actually for growing plants.

    I only ask because I have been told a number of times that Cedar is the exception to the no soft wood rule and was totally safe IF you can stand the taste.
