Well I plan on taking like a cup or two of the cure liquid and mixing the honey in it to thin it our before injecting it, and i plan on buying a large needle and syringe at the local farm store, i figure if i can inject myself with Penicillin, this should be no prob cause it will be thinner lol

That is exactly what im talking about Gary! They also have really thin sheets of cedar that you can wrap around fish and veggies for grilling, but its my experience with cedar planks, they always catch on fire when grilling fish on them anyway lol.

I only ask because I have been told a number of times that Cedar is the exception to the no soft wood rule and was totally safe IF you can stand the taste.
