    Do you coat ribs before rub or rub them naked?

    I use mustard alot on my ribs with very good results, I also have used cooking spray several times, it works very well, it seems to give it more of a crisp.

    I just ordered a WSM 22.5 today, it should be here in a couple of days. I've been smoking for a couple of years now, but only on a cheap SFB. Anybody have any tips on what fuel to use i would greatly appreciate it. I really cant wait to fire it up, Ive heard such good things about the wsm.
