    I like the cubed cuts, as it allows for more seasoning to penetrate the meat and it helps with the tenderness.  It's also better if you have a deep fryer.

    For an injection i use ½ gallon Beef Broth 1  8 oz jar Beef Base 2 Pkg Au Jus  1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce Bring to a boil then cool before injecting.

    North Carolina sauce for pulled pork ?????

    here's a recipe i found, you can cut the ingredients in ½ if you don't need a lot. You can tweek it to your liking  114 oz Ketchup 48 oz Tomato Puree  2 cups Balsamic Vinegar 1 cup Molasses  ½ can pureed  Chipotle in Adobe sauce  ( Optional ) 3 Tbs Garlic Powder ½ cup Yellow Mustard
