It turned out awesome!! My wife was a little unsure at first because she never had anything smoked before but it didn't take her long to grab some more Turned out so moist! The brine overnight was the key I think. 128540
I was planning on using a drip pan. I figured it will be messy. I will wrap everything in foil also for easy cleanup. Working on my brine recipe now :)
not sure what that is in American. I paid 175 in American Dollars. I love mine so far. it isn't huge inside. a full rack of ribs doesn't fit ona rack, you have to cut them to have them fit. but for the money its great. IMHO
I just got the 732 in mail today ! Question. Do I just have the door close on the wires or should i put them in the vent hole at the top of my MES30? Or does it not matter?
I'm told to never clean inside of door and sides. Only to clean grates and drip tray and water pan. Everything else leave the way it is because it adds flavor. True ?
So I just got the MES30. It used to be so clean 128540. Then after I seasoned it it got a film inside. Then after my first ribs yesterday now it's really not new anymore!! I warped water tray and drip fray in foil so that helped.
Question is do I obsess over keepi g it clean or just accept...
Well the weather forecast changed and now only 10% chance of rain so I took it outside on deck. Maiden voyage today!! Wish me luck. Ribs are in. Wood chips are in and we are starting to get smoke!!
