    I thought there were only 2 in the US? From what their website says the one in Cincy opened in 2003 and Las Vegas in 2004.

    Country Roads! Thats funny. John D must be pretty big in Europe. I was in Manchester England a few years ago for a Man U football game and the whole stadium was singing Country Roads. Pretty funny singing that with 80,000 drunk englishmen.

    Anyone ever been the the Hofbrauhaus in Las Vegas or Cincinnati? I have been to both and was at the one in Cincy over the weekend before the Browns Bengals game and it was great. They brew their own beer there and the wheat was probably the best I've ever had. Great German sausages there...

    I'm gonig to use my dads dehydrater its an Excalibur, one of the big square kind and it does a really good job. Should I slice the the peppers before I smoke them?
