Guys & gals, Ray's had 1 of their meat sales & I purchased my 1st whole ribeye.
What or how is the best way to slice it up into steaks & vacuum seal individual steaks.
I don't have any processing equipment, but got lots of knives.
Thanks. Any & all help will be greatly appreciated.
Yep I ordered the square ones similar to the round ones you ordered. Also if you happen to need a smaller round light, you can get a 10"-11" round. Let me know if everything works out.
I love mine.
You can do multiple of lights & program the the remote/controller to control more than 1 light.
Only thing that uses batteries is the remote.
Plus you can control brightness & dim if needed.
Sometime you got time check them out & do some reading on them. They are pretty slick, especially...
I am sorry. I should have stated I was using a Bradley puck smoker. I just used the stock racks & hung the "S" off of them.
Can you post a pic of your smoker setup. If I got a pic of the inside i bet we can come up with a easy solution.
Thanks.
I personally think you can get 2-3more times the jerky in the smoker by hanging. I bought some heavy stainless wire/filler rod & made a bunch of "S" hooks to hang my jerky from the original smoker racks.
Look for a good running thermoking refrigeration unit off of a reefer trailer. They are diesel powered, but can be converted to a electric with a motor.
