We eat them alot and lov em!!! I get the ground buff out of Missoula Montana for like 3 bucks a pound and bring it back to IN every year. Wife mixes it was some ingredients and on the hot grill they go. Moist and wonderful.

Interesting in the mop cooling thing, dont know if I have ever come across that one yet.
Just had one welded up that was 14X12X5" I think. It was too deep so I had to do some mods on my mod to get the basket to fit into the SFB opening. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo just becareful how wide and deep you go so you wont have to cut anything off to get the box inside.

This week I had a delima on how to warm up ribs that I brought to work for the guys on the construction site. I got a history lesson from our Project Manager. Apparently "back in the day" guys used to warm up their lunches in a Welding rod oven. HUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM . Once addicted to this Q Life...

Great lookin sausage there!!! One of my favorites. Smoke a few of them then take a plate sliced with some crackers up to the tavern. Free drinks for at least an hour, or until the sausage lasts .

Yea, Char griller supplies them, there is no pic of it on the web but it's under accessories at the bottom of the page, "warmer plate".
Super easy, the knockouts were so small (bolt holes) that takin them out didnt deform anything although I hear ya about takin...
Arrived yesterday from Chargriller.com. $12.99 for the plate, bout a week for delivery. Here's the install.

I think there are quite afew of em made outta AL??? Lil Chief I believe is one. Gotta remember we wrap our meat in AL foil and throwem in the smoker. Heck sometimes we even wrap chips up and throw it on the fire for smoke.
Al is fine, treated steel is what you want to look out for, Galvanized ...
