Hey SmokeyOky,
Great to see you at the outing. I'm with Mike, bread it and do "country fried chicken" a la south Georgia with it. Other wise, the best luck I've had is to grill it. Hope you and your wonderful bride are doing well and, we are thinking about another standard!

Mike, I understand what you mean: We have duplicates of all kinds of things from mustard to bottled water to carving knifes.
By the way, Chad, that bacon was out of this world!!! Can't wait to make some more of that.
Looking forward to the comp in GR next weekend. Mean while, have a great...
Yeh, but I'll bet Tonto will be quick to point out that I'm no kid and thus, should know better!!!
Hmmm, me thinks Tonto should do the lettuce shopping............
For her first time out, I think Tonto did a pretty good job on the boxes. The real short comings were the quality of the lettuce and the wrong parsely.
Well, you can imagine who did the grocery shopping..........
Okie, thanks for asking - we got to St. Louis in time to go up in the Arch and see the game. No more drama with the coach, thank goodness. Just finished a nosh of your brisket - incredibly good!

Hey You All,
Made it home a short while ago. Only thing we can add is "What they said!". Won't try to repeat what all of the esteemed attendees had to say - It was absolutely the Best!
Please, a special thanks to all that attended: Appreciate you not running me out of Clinton Missouri for...

Early on, it was...

you also mentioned baseball in winter: my view is that the two greatest pass times in the world are baseball and bbq. I had the great pleasure of seeing a game in Fenway last summer....what an experience.
Welcome and let's learn qing together.

Phil, Monroe should be spelled "Munroe" but that is a story for another day. We are about 180 miles from Maumee Ohio. Would love to have you visit, just let us know.

Bubba, sounds like you cooked some great ribs. It is very difficult to maintain lower temps on a weber kettle. Dave, the other team memeber, was telling me that he did the same cook this weekend on his weber kettles and found it hard to stay under 300 degrees.
