BTW if you have a problem with pesky flies, this thing is great and it helps pass the time. Shoots out a shotgun type spread of salt to kill flies and any other pesky bugs roaming. And I guess could be an interesting way to add salt to cooking. haha -

Turned out pretty good. modified 3-2-1 into 2.5-1-1 since I had a late start. Used a rub I mixed up with a bunch of stuff, then foiled with sugar, honey, butter, thai chilli sauce -
