    Nice! I'll have to try some of these recipes! When it comes to smoking technique though, what are we doing? 225 for 4 hours? Are we just letting the dry rub sit? Or do you guys take them out and put them in foil? And any suggestions on what to use in the water bowl?

    Can anybody here point me to a Dry Rib recipe that you like? I saw the Amazen recipe, but that's for wet ribs I believe ? And it calls for spraying the ribs down with apple cider... but I thought you wanted to keep the smoker closed?

    While I search for my smoker box, I figured I'd at least order the A MAZE N pellet maze now. I'm curious if any of you ordered your AMAZEN products from Amazon? Or did you buy direct from AMAZEN? Shopping is cheaper for me through Amazon, but I don't want to buy some knockoff...

    I appreciate the insight! I was starting to look at the RF unit one as well, but I like the idea of the igrill instead...since I could use it with my grill or oven too... How exactly does the Amazen work? Just set it near the element?
