Brined hens for 24 hours in salt and sugar dry rub from a store. 230 for 2 hrs then raised temp to 265 for 30 min. Turned out awesome.

Just got my Masterbuilt electric smoker and I am stoked to start using it.
Gotta couple of cornish hens and sausages for tonight. Planning ribs, chicken, and smoked deviled eggs for the July 4th get together.
