Haha...so far but like everything else and peachy probably agrees they are trying to outlaw a lot of thing but also make legal things that are outlawed....this state is in regression i think

I have one and the heavy white smoke is normal at first. To me that was one of the problems I had using it. To much heavy smoke at first. the smoldering is good, as smoke is then lighter.
Heavy smoke can cause a bitterness, if over done. Also didn't like the creosote build up in unit...
Ok I fried up some sweet beads last eve. Man it has been a long time since I have had them. The wait was wort it. Hate the waiting part and don't want to wait so far been for next fixun.
Tossed in a combination of potato and rice flour with the seasoning of natures blend.

Have one similar though my blade assembly is turned 90 degrees from yours. I picked up for 100. The only problem with it had a 440v motor. Just happened to have a 220 same size...bada boom badda bang...not sure where I got the blades will see if I can find link. Use pam of something in blade...

Well they do the smoking and canning of a lot of fish on the tv show Alaska the last frontier, and none of them have bellied up, so would say yes....just can as usual after smoking.
