    Hello from the Lonestar State

    Got me a Camp Chef 24" propane smoker a couple of weeks ago and have started my journey.  Had a regular real wood smoker but only tried it 3 times due to the excessive amount of work.  Went with propane so I would actually get out and smoke something.  I have tried chicken (kinda of flavorless)...
