Yeah , it is a great knife. Carbon steel blade takes a quick edge and it's shaped perfectly for chopping veg. And look at how thick the blade is ! This thing is solid.
I've had this knife for ages. I got it when I worked at the dump....someone was chucking it and I thought it was worth saving. I've seen knives like this on the forum lately and I'm just wondering if anyone has any thoughts.
The above are all good advice. You did fine as it sounds like the meat was good and that's the object. You will get better as you go along. Keep smoking and have a good time.
