thanks guys, after talking with ben, they dont prep the chargrill for a rotisserie. im on my own. i think dutch has the right idea to pick out a rotisserie and drill holes to make it work.

so i bit the bullet and ordered a 84 with chargrill. was wondering if anyone set up there chargrill to be rotissere compatible? shouldnt be that tough eh? thanks,

i work with a guy who stuffs the meat into a large fibrous casing, then partial freeze, and off to the meat slicer, seems like it would work good.

thanks jeff, i think ill be making the trip down there this spring, sounds like i need to talk to ben about some mods so i can grill over the wood fire. cant wait!

im considering on bitin the bullet on one of these, but have a question. is there an option to do direct grilling on these ( above firebox in warming chamber) ? or is this a smoker only? maybe can have a 60 made with a chargrill mounted on the front? anyone know? thanks in advance.
